Recently I've been hearing from clients and prospects that there boss/colleague would pay for a Woman's Leadership Coaching Circle but they don't have the time. What I find is that they are overbooked, over loaded, going beyond the call of duty, their employer recognizes it and offers to help but they refuse the help. What's with that? Do they feel that the offers' aren't sincere? That they need to suffer or be super woman? You tell me.
